Bad Liked: The location it was close to alot of restaurant that's my family loves Disliked: The microwave didnt work the metal n the inside looks like it been sat on fire ROACHES BAD only one socket worked only 3 lights worked i couldn't stomach the smell I had to buy air freshener shower head was leaking the key card barely wanted to work had to get assistance more than once the refrigerators was dirty, looked like mode was all inside of it. The dresser's drawers on the dresser was broken and not placed in correctly. Coffee stuff but no coffee maker Had to be moved to another room because the lights went out when I plugged my charger in.. didnt get fresh towels when was I was leaving someone pushed open the door telling me its check out time when I was clearly leaving anyways overall good staff just the rooms need to cleant properly

It met my most basic need...a private place to enjoy much needed time with my 2 sons. Thank you. Liked: Best points of stay would be of course the price and pool. Im a single mom with one disabled adult son and one that was visiting from college. We got to swim and have some quality time. Easy, no fuss check in and out. Friendly front desk clerk. Disliked: The housekeeping is definitely the main issue and needs to become priority. The housekeeping and maintenance clearly lack taking pride in their work. Im just saying, as a previous business manager, it doesn't matter if it's in your job description or not...grabbing a bucket of paint remnant and a brush and slapping a quick coat over scratches, holes, stains (especially in bathroom) doesn't take long and isn't hard. Figure out worst room and do one a day so you're not stressed and not taking a hit for room being out of service. Heck paint dries fast...yall dont let guests check in until late anyway. Oh, and no towels in room??? We had to ask. That's unheard of. Gotta get the ice machines fixed. The only vending on property was owner stocked and way over priced. I NEVER leave reviews...and I feel bad for the few negatives ive mentioned....I just KNOW that if I came to work here tomorrow- it would be tremendously better in 30 days time...and if I can do it and would WANT to put in that effort for my place of employment and company and customers....that the employees there now need to get their stuff in gear and do it too.
